About Me
DJ is a psychotherapist practicing in California and Massachusetts. DJ earned his Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University. DJ has worked with people with severe mental conditions at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), students on college campuses, and with a wide-range of folks as an outpatient therapist, doing deep work with people facing life's biggest challenges.
DJ considers himself a life-long learner and is passionate about engaging in mental health fellowships, including the Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis’ (MIP) fellowship, the Palo Alto Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PAPPTP), and the Palo Alto TEAM-CBT training and consultation group.
In his free time, DJ loves spending time with his wife and going on hikes with his dog. DJ loves the outdoors, hiking, playing guitar, and doing anything on wheels. Before becoming a therapist, DJ earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting- He feels immense gratitude to be a psychotherapist, doing something much more in line with his strengths and passions.
